After Sauna Is It Smart To Sit In The Sauna After A Workout, Or Does It Have A Negative Effect On The Body Post Workout?

Is it smart to sit in the sauna after a workout, or does it have a negative effect on the body post workout? - after sauna

I like to use the sauna after a workout, but I heard that the last thing you should do was. I'm just in the interests of vocational guidance, instead of personal taste. Thanks

If you drink water during workouts before the sauna, if not drained

My coach suggested that the drinking water in the sauna sweating that occurs at the same time, plenty of free, the body of toxins. Sweating is good for potassium, sodium and other body tissues, then they told me at the table to alter salt and a little apple cider vinegar in a grocery store to get an unfiltered (and has a "mother") and take a tablespoon twice a day to replace my loss of potassium.
